Hi D'Asia- if you are interested in healthcare I would really recommend you consider becoming a nurse. There are many fields within nursing that you can choose and it really is a short period of time to invest to become successful. There are different degree programs you can choose. BSN (Bachelor's of Science in Nursing) is the degree that will give you the best choices of places to work. It takes 4 years of college to get this degree. You can also opt for an ADN (Associates Degree in Nursing) which is only 2 years. Both of these programs allow you to take the exam to become an RN- but you will have more options for places to work if you get the 4 year degree. It really is a great investment in your future because after 4 years you could make a significantly higher salary. Best of luck to you!!
