According to Payscale.com, the average pay for a Fire Fighter is $47,011 per year.  Of course that depends on where the job is located.   Your address is listed as in Milwaukee.   As of Apr 11, 2019, the average annual pay for a Firefighter in Milwaukee, WI is $45,750 a year. While ZipRecruiter is seeing annual salaries as high as $68,365 and as low as $24,770, the majority of Firefighter salaries currently range between $34,182 (25th percentile) to $56,475 (75th percentile) in Milwaukee, WI.

A professor of my mine in college recommended this website. You can type in your job title by city and see the median salaries for positions. This is just a ball-park estimate. Keep in mind, you will make more money in certain cities (NYC, Los Angeles) , because the cost of living is significantly higher than say in Birmingham, Alabama! Hope this was helpful!
