Go to the college that will best suit your needs altogether! It's important to do the research regarding which college has a competitive program, best suits your financial needs, and will be somewhere you see yourself for four years. First, I would visit a variety of schools and see which best fits you and has a program for English majors. From there, I would see how your GPA and standardized test scores compare to each college's target scores and go from there.
