Is it possible for you to leave one country to go to another only to return to that country to go to school??

Yes you can. If you know that you are likely to move, you can look into schools that offer international curriculums (e.g. International Bacalaureate curriculum) which facilitates the transfer of credits from one country to another without losing time or coursework.
