Michael’s Answer

Do what excites you and what makes the life you want to live possible. My educational part started very differently from where it ended, however as we evolve and move closer to adulthood, we become aware of own ambitions around family and future.

Marcy’s Answer

I love helping people discover their strengths. Take a moment to think about what you're good at, what you enjoy, and what makes you happy and motivated. It's okay if you're not sure yet; finding these answers can take time. You might try a job and realize it's not the right fit, and that's when you should revisit these questions. Chat with friends, family, and others about their work and what they enjoy about it. This can guide you and introduce you to new possibilities. Be patient with yourself, as sometimes the answers take a little while to become clear.

Jasan’s Answer

Best way to find out are:

1. You will feel energetic while working on it.
2. You will accept every challenge as an opportunity.
3. You will seek to learn more and more about it.
4. You will always be on move to improve and do something in the job, which makes you standout.
5. Even if you will get tried after reaching back to home. You will have sense of satisfaction and you will try to plan ahead for the next day. (Passion will be there inside you).

Overall, you will never grumble about the responsibilities which are assigned to you even if you are over-loaded.

For some it is easy to analyse what job is meant for them whereas, for others it is not. Don't be in a rush!

Take your time and search for what you enjoy the most. It's absolutely fine if you meander a bit (In case if you are not clear with what you want).

All the best!

Jasan recommends the following next steps:

Prepare an excel with what sort of skills you have
Jot down your strength
Jot down what challenges thrive you the most
Analyse what job or field is best for you.
You can use LinkedIn too by filtering out the skills you have on LinkedIn Job Search
