Your best bet is to learn English well. Step 2 learn ios development, if you are planning on stayiing in india then iOS is the most popular development language that companies outsource for. Next steps are android and hybrid but the truth is with iOS development you will always have a job.

Hello. Thank you for submitting your question. In order to become a Mobile App specialist you would need to complete your B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) or B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) in Computer Science after completing your 2nd PUC/12th Standard (please choose Physics, Math, Chemistry and Computer Science as your subjects). You should concentrate on Java programming and Flash content designing which is used to make apps. Along with this you would need to take up a course on Android Application design from a computer institute near your locality.
