I would love to be in the culinary baking and pastry Fields,i wondered how can you get a masters,

Hi Lamar, I'm not in the culinary field, but it seems like you could approach this like many other careers.

Ask if you can shadow some chefs to see what it's like to work in culinary. This could be local bakeries, restaurants, especially if they have a pastry chef on staff, and other roles.

Have you checked out local culinary schools or training centers? The teachers may be willing to do an informational with you.

Another option could be to do some research. Look up professional chefs and take a look at their CV for themes (e.g. what types of training and experience are consistent). You could also look up job openings to see what the requirements and needed experiences are.

As stated by Chef James. Once you get into the field join the A.C.F. based on job experience and knowledge you will be granted certifications.

There is no Masters degree in Baking and Pastry but you can reach Master Pastry Chef through the American Culinary Federation. They have certification exams and requirements on their website but the first step would be to get a certificate in Baking and Pastry from a Culinary school or college.
