Wow, I'm really jealous!

If you are doing seven yards a month, you want to ask yourself how many more yards you have time to mow. You do not want to over-extend yourself. When that happens, you will not be able to do everything you promised, or, you will rush, and not do a good job. Then your customers will start looking for a different lawn guy. So, that comes before advertising.

(However, you can always get a friend to work with you, and split the money). Anticipate things going wrong. It rains on the days you planned to mow. Your equipment breaks down, etc. It's really important to know in advance how you will deal with these situations.

To get more business, the first thing to do is talk to your current customers, and ask them to recommend you to their friends and neighbors. There is also a website that is like a neighborhood chat, called nextdoor.com . . . if that is active where you live, you can get your name out on that. Also, possibly on Facebook. You might want to get business cards printed. There are a couple of good sites that don't charge too much. I use VistaPrint, and get a decent sized box for $20 or so. You can leave these on people's doors, or make flyers and leave them on people's doors. (If it is not illegal to do so. You will need to check on the city ordinance.)

I think it is really cool that you are doing so well in your business. Please start now to save some of your money. Good money handling habits will carry you far!

Set up a company, easiest is an LLC with one member. Think of a name, check your state's corporate charter office, check if the name is available, then see what's needed to set up an LLC, Usually it's just 'Articles of Organization' where you answer few questions. If you want apply for an IRS number too, online, this way the company has it's own and not use your social security. LLC will protect from liability, so if anyone sues you they cannot come after your personal assets. Formalise the business and learn as you go. You'll make some mistakes and learn even more. Then more people will ask you how you did it, and you'll help others too. Win-Win.
