I'll go with tech because that's usually top of mind for most.
A lot of people will say Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Tim Cook, Mark Zuckerberg and so on.
But if you ask me, I'd say Jensen Huang, Palmer Luckey, and Alex Karp. All have become household names, but not to the legendary status of the above founders. While a few of these may be considered controversial, they are definitely moving away from much of the Silicon Valley orthodoxy and people to keep an eye on.
