[closed] Is a moderate amount of nervousness/anxiety normal for new office managers?

Hello,

My name is Aimee, and I am a senior in college. My field is business, and more in particular, management. The overall degree is for business administration. My major focus and passion is for learning management. I would love to always challenge myself to get better at speaking in front of others becasue I believe that communication is a great way to achieve results and gain relationships if done correctly. My management and communication classes have taught me to get in front of large groups of people (20+) at once and present projects that are filled with information. Despite having the academic knowledge and practical skills, I still get somewhat nervous and have to remind myself to speak slower and relax. I hope to fell more comfortable when I enter the workforce. Is it normal for newer managers to be a little nervous?

Thank you. #business-administration #office-management #job-coaching

Aimee, fear and anxiety come from feeling responsible. It is normal and ok; however, you need to control it. I am sure you are going to to in the coming years; your confidence would over come it.
