I'd think you'd want to find a job with a lawyer in your area that specialize in Trust and Estate. The challenge may be that that kind of work wouldn't keep most lawyers busy so they do many other things as well.

I use https://www.martindale.com/ to find lawyers since it has peer reviews and you can see who's highly regarded. You can also want to try job sites like https://www.indeed.com/q-Trusts-&-Estates-Paralegal-jobs.html
