Something many artists struggle with is staying inspired/curious/motivated in their work.

For some, they may have found the ideal market or audience for the art they like to create, so everything they make is both fulfilling to them as an artist and in-demand for audiences. For others, the majority of art they create is focused on something else (working for a company, or taking on clients/commissions), but they still have enough time to explore and play with their own art to make something that makes them happy. Where I often see a lot of burnout is when artists do work that brings them no happiness or they don't have time to explore or learn new techniques.

As artists, of course we hope to be successful and be able to make a living, but part of that means making sure we nurture our artistic selves, and that usually requires time and new experiences. One way you can succeed with this is dedicating a day in the week to doing art, and consistently give yourself that time. Go to new places, even if it's just in your own city, or commit to learning about a new skill or technique on Youtube once a month.

Addi recommends the following next steps:

Dedicate time once a week, or a few times a month, as your Art Time, and make it only for personal art and growth.

Look up new techniques or skills once a month to keep things interesting!

I think the most difficult part about being an artist is finding the correct buyers for your craft. There is a market for everything so it'll be important to know how to market yourself and your art to set yourself up for success. I know several artists that do it full time and they do very well for themselves because they leverage social media and have good marketing tactics.
