Hi Lakiriaha! Happy to give you an insight regarding your concerns. I would tell you that more than stressing parts, you will go through moments in which you will feel powerless and discouragement, as the legal systems and the regulatory frameworks sometimes are not enough to prove a person’s innocence or guilt. But I would advise you to take advantage of those feelings and experiences as they will give you the motivation to persevere and contribute to make the changes needed to ensure that innocent people are free and guilty people in jail. That sense of contribution will offset any stressing parts you may go through in your career within a field so important for any society in any jurisdiction.

I'm not in the field, but I have watched related genre series like the Criminal Minds series. From what I have seen, I think some of the stressful parts would be analyzing who the culprit is, finding leads, long intense researching, and dealing with the emotional side on the tragic event. I'm not sure if this applies since what I have watched is FBI- related, but it can be dangerous with interacting with culprits, dealing with twisted minded people, trying to get them convicted, but it doesn't always work that way. Justice may or may not be served and the work done can't be seen as disappointment, but at least one has tried.
