Hi,
That is a fantastic question that does not have a correct answer to be honest...it all really depends on you.
You could start a business based on something you love to do or a hobby, some people say this ruins the hobby but other people love it and make it their life/career work. You could also start a business based on local needs if your business will be an actual store or have an office, an online business is also an option - online businesses are probably the lowest cost to start and least risk.
Personally, I purchased a franchise about 7 years ago and ran it successfully for 5 years...what I liked about that is the low startup cost and the fact that the franchise was already established nationally with marketing, advertising and they provided support.
Good luck!

Nadia’s Answer

There is no correct answer here.
Think about your passions, what excites you, what motivates you to get up in the morning? What are your skills? and what are your weaknesses.
Look at the market you want to set up in? What is missing? What can you bring? Do something that you are interest in, this will take up a lot of your time and energy, so make sure you like it!

Good question. I think you should start with asking yourself why kind of thing that inspire you and you like the most. Then Look into your strength and leverage it to make it work. If you have any gap, you can look for your partners/staffs who can fill in your gaps and just leverage those talents/strength to fulfil your capability.

Ara’s Answer

What is your passion? What do you do well? What do you do that brings you joy? Be true to yourself and think about what things you do that you do well, or the things you do that bring you happiness. Typically, what you enjoy doing you do well, and what you do well will make you happy. You have God-given gifts and talents. Are you creative? Do you like making things? Are you good with people? At a high-level think about the attributes you have that make you, you. While there are many lists out there that identify the top entrepreneurial jobs or jobs of the future, don't force yourself into something that you may not well or that you may not enjoy. Your success will come from your core skills and talents, which you can enhance through education, real-world work experience, and finding mentors and teachers to help you progress. An entrepreneur paves his or her own path by going after a passion inside of them. Take some time to think about and inventory the list of great things about you - your strengths, things you enjoy, things you are good at. From there, look at businesses and careers that align to your personal inventory. Then you may consider finding a job in the industry that you are looking to enter and gain valuable first-hand experience of the industry, company or job position then break away and start your own.
