There are ample examples of copywriting on these websites -- product listings, sales announcements, mission statements, career listings, and the blurb trying to get you to sign up for their email list. All of these little pieces on a single website require the talents of a copywriter trained in the art of writing and the voice of the company.

You would see direct response businesses sending web users to their websites with long-form sales copy that would leverage several key elements: Attention grabber (get you to click and read), connection through story, common ground (here is where you are), benefits (here is where you will be by using our product/service), credibility, and call to action (here's what you need to do next).
