quintavius’s Answer

gilberto,
The most important relationship you will need in this field is TRUST, you have to be able to trust yourself and to be able to trust the equipment that you use. This as anyone knows is a complicated skill to learn but, learned correctly mistakes still do happen. Confidence with people you work with is golden. A person who sees that you are confident is likely to trust you and vice verse.

Don’s Answer

You will initially work as an apprentice electrician. You will be taught and trained on the job by a journeyman electrician or a master electrician. You will first assist and then as you learn you will do more and more. It was a great experience for me. Most good companies have electricians that train the new hires and they will help you get started by teaching you the company's standards and expectations. Team work is vital, and you have a mentor and teacher to help you grow.
