Hi ,

There are numerous ways in which one can keep themselves updated. Listing a few that may help.

1. Books / E-books - Though traditional this is source of good knowledge and updated information
2. Internet Blogs - There are usually lot of blogs published about what new is happening in the field.
3. Youtube channels - There are usually good channels which can provide up to date info about the new technologies etc, how to use them and so on.

As Shubhankar stated, Books / E-books, Internet Blogs, and Youtube channels will be your best friend. Youtube videos are particularly good for well-tested technology that's been out for a while; you might find them a bit lacking in very new technologies. It is for new, less used, and specialized technologies that internet blogs are the best in my opinion (don't underestimate them for well-tested tech though). Because reading is so important you should get used to it very soon and don't try to skimp out on the readings or you might miss something vital for your program. You will get used to the blog format and be able to be more efficient but it is important to get used to reading them and understanding how to use them so utilize them early as you will definitely need them. I will not speak on books too much since I don't use them much but I find them to be good for gaining a full 360 view of the technology I'm using rather than getting specific information I need.

Lastly, DOCUMENTATION.
Documentation is and will always be your best friend. It is not always easy to read but it is important to understand how to read and practically use documentation as it will (or should) provide you will detailed information about every feature.
