What is the difference between a general dentist, dental public health and oral medicine?
I'm interested in being a dentist, but I don't know what specialty are good.

General dentist is someone who performs all the basic procedures thought in the dental school constantly improves his/her practice as a dentist by taking challenging cases.
Oral medicine is speciality in dentistry where you deal with all intra and extra oral lesions in diagnosis, taking all kind of maxillo-facial radio graphs
Dental public health is treating the whole population not just an individual patient. It involves surveying, epidemology etc
