Caroline’s Answer

Hi Gary,

Thanks for your question!

The thing I love most about the real estate industry is that no day on the job is the same. Every deal and client is different and every day requires you to think outside of the box. I love that I am always being challenged so that my work never gets dull or boring. Every day I truly feel like I learn something new and am challenged in a new way.

Coni J.’s Answer

Gary,
I LOVE helping people with their problems. I enjoy figuring things out and giving people a different perspective that they may not have thought of. I get up every morning and thank God, first and then start thinking about who can I help and figure out how to go about doing it!

Coming up with 'outside of the box' type of solutions is what gets me up everyday!

Robert’s Answer

That is a great question. After over 20-years in the "real world", I find having fun and learning to be the driving force in my enjoyment of career. Real estate is unique as one professional told me that you get paid to learn. Every project, every player is new and you have to learn the history of the property and the area it is located in. I have enjoyed decades of cumulative knowledge and sharing that with other professionals in my industry. Find mentors and peers and share your experiences.
