I like your possible career choices! It is very possible to take more than one major during your college years. Double majors and multiple minors are common for students today. During your undergraduate years the law curriculum would, most likely, be pre-law which would allow for enrolling in many different courses with only a handful of law courses typically offered. The nursing curriculum would vary, depending upon the school you choose. If looking at a dedicated nursing school, you would probably not have the opportunity to enroll in courses outside the medical area. I have friends that attended colleges where they could enroll in both nursing and pre-law programs. Start reviewing potential colleges now and research what programs they offer and any restrictions on multiple majors.

Many people double major, or do a major and a minor, but generally in somewhat related fields. These two seem rather disparate to me. I'm not saying it's impossible, but seems unlikely.

And once you graduate, how do you see this working? Many lawyers work 60+ hours a week. That doesn't leave time to then also do full time nursing.

Now, you may be able to become a lawyer who specializes in medical cases, where a nursing degree isn't require, but taking some nursing classes may help.

Note: I am not a lawyer OR a nurse, so my advice may not be the best.
