How would I start a Ceramics business ?
I found a passion in creating masterpieces with clay. I create plates, bowls, containers, etc. I would love to start this and move forward. #ceramics #glass,-ceramics-and-concrete #arts #business-development #business #entrepreneurship

I would suggest looking into majoring in some form of art to continue learning and increasing your talent base and then adding a minor in entrepreneurship, which will help assist you in the necessary skills that you will need to start a business.

First, I applaud your creativity + the pursuit of your passion. There are many ways to start a new business. This is a very-VERY high over view, but should give you enough to start a SMART plan- b/c you will need to set some guidelines.
* How much are you willing to invest into your business before you start “paying yourself” a check?
* Where will you sell your wares? At a local market? Vendor shows? wholesale to other retail stores?
* How many hours a week are you devoting to your business + will you need a “day job” at first to pay the bills? ( most entrepreneurs work a job for 1 to 5 years of new business or side hustle. Then you can move on to the specifics of “event/show dates”, how much is too little/much product to have on hand, & determining your milestone goals.
