I am already a film producer in Bollywood but I want to make international films and be amongst the 5 most respected Indian producers worldwide. What should be my next step after graduating with my master's in film production. How should I capitalise from my education and translate into breaking into the studios of the west, and what should be my next step and and how should I go about it in an unconventional way Where should I start these processes? I want to set a specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound, 6 month goal for afterward in order to move toward becoming an International film producer and using art as a catalyst for social change. ?

It is very exciting to see your professional drive to expand your craft internationally. You will still need to learn about distribution and the various markets for film internationally and from this, you can set your goals as you will know the path you personally want to take.
There is a wonderful amount of information on this at the Film Daily website for which I have left a link for you below. They provide resources for film funding, Grants, Marketing and Distribution of your films. You will need to learn what genres of film are the most sellable in which countries. Inquire at your college as to any resources the college may have on this subject. Once you have all of this specific information, it will be easy for you to establish short term and long term goals for yourself.
Class Central has a course in Distribution, namely how it works. It covers just about everything you'd need to know and may be a good starting point. You can also start looking for similar courses for specific countries that you're interested in.
I would advise doing more work on projects in your country before considering relocating. You will most likely be able to relocate when you can financially manage the move. You have already developed a good support system by taking an academic route for this. The people you have met will potentially be lifelong friends. Stay in touch with any actors you have cast in your projects and your family can also potentially be an important support system.
