You can be better by always being open to new experiences, and by recognizing every situation is an opportunity to grow and learn. You can be better by never selling yourself short, and by always, always, always being your authentic self. Never try to fit a mold, or be something you aren't. You are an incredible human being that brings value to the world, just by being you!

That is a good question and one I ask myself every day! What can I do today that would help me to be a better human, wife, mama, employee, etc. If you are not learning something new everyday, then you are not growing. Don't be afraid to make mistakes but learn from them and move on.

Better at what exactly? Better in school - maybe talk to a favorite teacher or guidance counselor on study tips; Better in social settings (parties) - find a topic that you can talk about sports/art/music or find someone who does this well and ask them how they do it.

This is something everyone struggles with. Being better. The way I see it is we are better everyday. We learn something new everyday so that it self makes us better than the day before. Try and set small weekly goals for yourself. Make a list and as you accomplish each goal not only will you feel as you’ve grown but you will be better mentally, emotionally and physically.
