Hello Aurora,
Boosting the growth of your small business in a productive and efficient manner can be a challenging task. It demands a strategic plan and concerted efforts from various sectors within your company, such as:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Finance
- Legal
You'll need to master the art of time management. Remember, each day provides you with 24 hours, and not all of them are consumed by school. As a starting point, aim to complete 1-3 pieces of art, fueled by your hard work and dedication.
Attracting New Customers. Inviting new customers into your business is crucial for its success, particularly for startups. Engage Your Existing Customer Base. Maintaining a strong relationship with your current customers is just as important.
Exploring New Distribution Channels. Broadening your reach through different distribution channels can significantly enhance your business growth.
Expanding Your Business Through Acquisition. Consider growing your business by acquiring other companies or assets. This can provide a quick and substantial boost to your company's growth.
Remember, every step you take brings you closer to your goal. Keep pushing forward!

Hello Aurora, from a fellow Minnesotan!
If you don't have time to make your products, I'd encourage you to think about why you wanted to start a small business at this time. If it was to encourage you to prioritize it, then I think Aisha's suggestions of setting a goal and making time to create your artwork. If you started it primarily as a money-making venture (no shame in that!) then I'd suggest you focus on a product that is differentiated, desirable, and that you can produce in bulk/efficiently, and that the margin works on.
Reach is important so consider testing out other platforms - Instagram, Etsy, etc. but they do have costs associated, for some features. Other methods of getting your work out would be more time-intensive, such as craft fairs, etc. But maybe set yourself a goal of doing 1 a season or 1 a year so you have something to work towards! Best of luck.
Reflect on why you wanted to start a business
Focus your efforts
Try a new method of advertising & selling
