It doesn't look like Harvard offers a Nursing Masters at all. https://hms.harvard.edu/education-admissions/masters-degree-programs list their Medical School programs.

Why? Harvard is NOT known for nursing and there are some really strong programs elsewhere that would be much better! Do a bit more research and not simply go on name recognition of an so-called Ivy League school. Look for quality and not what you perceive as status. Next, give yourself some time as an RN working BEFORE rushing to get a masters degree. Experience will be your best teacher, always.
Explore schools like Rush, University of Colorado, University or Portland, University of Washington, Emory, to name a few. Ask lots of questions, look at rankings, what do they offer out of state students. It’s a process, and will take time and effort. Nursing is not easy, and advanced education is not for the faint of heart.
