Rae’s Answer

I was a loan officer through a credit union until July when I switched to working collections and credit assistance for that same credit union. Some of my peers also do fraud investigation, risk assessment and loss mitigation, real estate, digital support for the CU, underwriting, back end loan servicing, dealership liaison work, and more!

Gary’s Answer

Hi,
Good question... I am including a link below to careers in banking.
http://www.bankingcareersinfo.com/

Banking and finance is a big career field...not only can you work in a bank, but there are companies that specialize in finance, credit cards, loans, real estate and much more. Once you learn the basics of finance, banking and accounting...you will be qualified for many different jobs. I would also suggest taking computer courses as well and learning about statistics and spreadsheets.

Good luck!
