Hello Yuam, I don't think there's just one way to be the best designer. It's more about trying your all everyday to be the best graphic designer you can be. It's really basic, practice a lot and get to know the tools you use for the art you make. Even if you're improving slowly, you're still moving forward. If you can, try using programs like Photoshop to learn the tools. But if that's too expensive, you can try free options like GIMP or Photopea.

Adding to what was already said in the previous comments I think that as a designer you never stop learning and growing. Always find ways to learn to techniques or practice on your free time. Getting familiar with how the programs you use work to gain the best design tools for any type of design you want to create. Most designers use Adobe Suite to design and it has so many shortcuts and keys to learn.
