What steps should I take after high school to pursue a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) career?

I'm a 12th grader interested in becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). I love helping people, serving others, and caring for babies. My goal is to create a safe, trusting environment for mothers and newborns, which is why I’ve chosen CNM as my career path.
