I'm a Licensed Cabin Crew who currently works as Client Service Officer for an Advertisers Association in my country. I'm looking to tilt into a role that's more relative to my Aviation career. How do I move into Guest Service in a hotel line as entry level?

I hold a Degree in Mass Communications and I have been self- learning French for a few years.
