what are some good time management skills\habits?

i want to get some insight on how i could manage my time in college to avoid too much stress or pressure. i want to go to a theological school that focuses on Eastern Orthodox Theology, so i know there will be liturgical schedules. the main thing i want to ask is how i can fit what i need to study within prayer schedules, Liturgy, ect.
