I'm going to summer school and what should I know as basic?

After the 7th grade ends, I'm going to hermitage high school for summer classes, It's about career and my 2nd time there, Last year I went to the course to do basic nursing, (etc. Physical therapy, Parts of the body) and this year I'm doing emergency ER classes, It's part of medical. What are the basic steps I focus on? and will they be easy? I wanna be smart about it! and if I learn about it at 12 and a half, It will be easier to do so. Can it be useful in real life situations?
