With over 13 years of experience in the culinary field I have found that my true passion lies in pastry arts. I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge and have appreciated every moment to teach the skills that have developed over the years with my colleagues. Working in fine dining restaurants has honed my eye for detail and made clear the importance of consistency in my work. Working in larger production kitchens has taught me how to prioritize and utilize my sense of urgency. The precision needed to work in the pastry field has made me an extremely organized chef. Over the years I’ve also had the opportunity to improve my skills as a cake decorator and utilize my artistic abilities, being able to execute multiple tiered wedding cakes and special event cakes. My keen sense of taste paired with my extensive knowledge of desserts and pastries has led me to create and develop my own recipes. I enjoy the challenge to work with dietary restrictions like vegan and gluten intolerance alike.
