I am a certified public accountant and have over 29 years of experience with Deloitte. I advise companies on buying other companies through Deloitte's mergers and acquisitions practice (M&A). From 2013 to 2016, Brian was on a global assignment in Deloitte's Tokyo office where he served global clients focused on cross-border M&A transactions.

I have worked with many leading global private equity firms and large multi-national corporations primarily focusing on the technology sector.

I have led cross-border transactions with countries such as: Algeria, Amsterdam, Australia, China, Chile, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Peru, Pakistan, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, South Africa, Turkey, United Kingdom and others.
