Leonard Bernens

I am Senior Manager on the VBG Contract Operation Team, where he is responsible for the implementation and life cycle management of our wireless Investment, Mid-Market. & GPO Customer segments. I have over 25+ years of Consumer & Business Customer Service Operations and Leadership experience.

Leonard has developed and streamlines processes in the Contract Operations Team, including a Google Site to house all pertinent implementation tools and resources for the entire Contract Operations teams to use. Leonard has served as a mentor under the Contract Operations Invest in your Future Program - Interviewing Skills and enjoys developing his team.

In previous operation roles, Leonard has managed operations of multiple call center locations, and employee experience programs. Leonard holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Strayer University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership and a minor degree in Labor and Employee Relations from the Pennsylvania State University. Leonard served as chairperson for the Clarion University Parent and Family Association. Leonard also coached youth soccer and was a member of the board for the Cannon Mac Youth Soccer Association.
