How to find something I enjoy doing?
I don't know what I want to major in.

Hi Cynthia,
I would encourage you start getting involved more in organizations, clubs and other groups that would allow to engage in different activities to help find out more about your interests and what you enjoy doing. This could include working or volunteering. You could also take career tests through your schools guidance office to help figure out what your natural talents, interests, personality, preferences, aptitude etc. and which types of occupations you would be well-suited for. You could then find out activities,jobs and/or projects you could to see if you like it. CareerVillage also has an app called coach which is interactive and you can ask it career questions. These are just a few things to help you find something you enjoy. Good Luck!

That is the question of the year. LOL Well let's start with what is your interest. It can be anything you do on a daily basis. Reading, writing, walking, cooking, exercising, talking, or other. Once you make a choice write down 2 or 3 maybe 5 areas of subject that relate to it and go from there.
Life is broad and today the world is wide open, but jobs may be scarce therefore whatever you decide to do be sure it is fun and where your heart is.

I just wanted to start off by saying that what you are feeling is very common. I would encourage you to think about your interests/passions. What are you passionate about? What are you good at? Do you like helping people? Do you think you may want to work for a business or in the healthcare setting? These are just a few questions that you can think about and answer for yourself.
