How old do you have to be to job shadow?

If I was interested in being a surgeon for example I wanted to know if I had to wait until I was 18 #surgery

I do not believe there is an actual age restriction. I was interested in the medical field when I was in high school and I ended up shadowing at a few clinics prior to the age of 18. My advice would be to reach out to the hospitals or clinics directly and see what they allow. It's great you are taking the initiative to go ahead and see these things in person! It makes a world of difference to understand a professional's day-to-day.
