Internship recruiters will primarily be looking for academic success, but it is also important to consider extracurricular activities that will be well-received. Things like leadership positions in certain clubs/organizations, volunteering and community involvement, and finance-specific activities (business fraternities/clubs) will go a long way to helping you look well-rounded for recruiters.
