What are your favorite activities to do outside of engineering at your school #Spring25?
I enjoy math and am going into aerospace engineering. I enjoy being active and creative. For example, I play soccer and like most sports and I enjoy cooking and baking as well as just making random things.

Hey Alexander! That’s an awesome mix of interests, being both analytical and creative will serve you well in aerospace! Outside of engineering, you might love joining an intramural sports team (like soccer or ultimate frisbee), which is a great way to stay active and meet people. Clubs focused on hands-on making or design, like rocketry, 3D printing, or even cooking clubs, can feed your creative side too. You could also look into cultural or hobby-based organizations that give you space to relax and connect beyond academics. College is the perfect time to explore all your passions! Enjoy yourself and good luck!

Hi Alexander,
Nice to meet you! I was also an aerospace engineering student who played soccer growing up!
When I was at school, I made a point to balance my academic pursuits with my health & wellness pursuits so I would go to the gym 5-6 days a week, meal prep new foods and just explore. I love meeting new people and seeing new sights so I would often get my work done early and spend the weekends trying something new while I had the time in college.
