Andrew - Check with your department as well. Also, consider student life or admissions. Pretty much any department on campus will need help!
Off campus, start with Google to see what businesses are nearby and apply there. Keep in mind transportation. How will you get off campus? Will it be worth the expense?

Hey Andrew,
When I was in college I searched for part-time jobs on campus by attending the on-campus job fair that my student center hosted. You can also find on-campus jobs working as a Resident Assistant for the Department of Residential Life or a Teaching Assistant for your favorite professor.
In terms of off-campus jobs, you can search for part-time positions on the websites of neighboring businesses of your college (i.e, Target) to see if they are willing to hire college students. Finally, if you want a part time job that is closely related to your major, I would suggest doing an internship with successful companies in your field of interest.
