How are you all preparing for graduate school?
I am about to wrap up my undergrad, and I would love tips as I move into the next phase of my schooling.

I haven't gone to grad school so I don't have tips for you but I do have a friend who has a podcast specifically about this. https://gradschoolfemtoring.com/podcast/ She also talks about sustainable productivity tips that can help both in the workplace or while in school. Hopefully it's a helpful resource and that you get some good answers from folks who have gone down this path.

It's fantastic that you're planning ahead — this proactive attitude will take you far! 🌟
Here are some uplifting and practical steps many of us have embraced (and you can too!) to feel ready and excited for grad school:
Reflect & Refresh: Take some time after undergrad to relax, think about what you've learned, and remember why you're going to grad school. Your “why” is your guiding star. 💡
Build a Support System: Connect with current students, alumni, or mentors to hear their stories. Having a few people for advice, support, and even to vent to is super helpful.
Sharpen Skills: Improve your academic or research skills — especially writing, presentations, and time management. You don't need to do it all at once, just small steps to boost your confidence!
Get Organized: Set up a system to track deadlines, paperwork, finances, housing, and tasks. Your future self will thank you!
Prioritize Wellness: This is a big one. Start building healthy routines — sleep, meals, exercise, mindfulness — because grad school is a marathon, not a sprint. 🧘🏽♀️
Stay Curious: Read articles, join forums, and listen to podcasts in your field — not to get ahead, but to stay inspired and excited about what’s coming!
You're on the edge of an amazing journey. The fact that you're asking these questions shows you're already on the right track. You've got this — and there's a whole community cheering for you!
