What is the most challenging course/or information you learned in PTA school?
I am hoping to attend PTA school in the fall, and any information and tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, Nina! 😊
That’s awesome that you’re about to start PTA school! I can totally understand how exciting (and maybe a little nerve-wracking) it must feel. From what I’ve heard, the toughest parts usually revolve around anatomy and physiology—it’s a lot of detail, but once you start putting it all together, it really clicks.
Therapeutic exercises can also be a bit tricky because you’re not just learning the moves but figuring out the best way to adjust them for different patients. It's a lot of hands-on stuff, but trust me, that’s where the magic happens.
I’d say one of the best things to do is stay organized. It’s going to be a lot of new information coming at you, but if you keep track of it all and find a good study routine, you’ll definitely stay ahead. Also, don’t underestimate the power of study groups! They can make all the difference, especially when you’re stuck on a tricky topic.
Oh, and if you need a break or some stress relief, don't forget to have some fun too. Whether it’s a movie night with friends or just hanging out, taking time to relax is super important in balancing all the hard work.
You’ve totally got this, and I’m sure you’ll crush PTA school! 💪 Wishing you the best of luck, and feel free to reach out anytime you need some advice or just want a little tip. Stay blessed dear.
