What should I try to accomplish if I want to transfer into a top engineering school like Stanford University or MIT?

I currently have zero background knowledge on engineering and have poor knowledge on maths and sciences.

You need to strive for straight A's and do some volunteer activities in your community. If you can get an internship at an engineering company that would be excellent
