How do you find internship summer housing as a student as well as affordable housing as fresh graduate coming from first generation and not a wealthy family.
Hi! I am a senior at Winthrop University, studying marketing. I graduate in December 2025, and I’m looking for internships for the summer when I relocate. How do I navigate finding housing over the summer? I need to find housing that is close enough to a short-term rental for these positions.

You should check with your current school - career services/ internships for complete info on your search. If an internship / hours is required for graduation, then they should be helpful. Can you stay in the campus dorms ? or if not check for summer housing/room rentals in the community or wherever you get an internship.
