Great question! Definitely something you can bring up with HR. You can ask whether the company has goals and/or reporting metrics on diversity, e.g., an annual Diversity & Inclusion Report (internal or external).

Wonderful question that you've asked. Definitely partner with your HR department. If you have not yet started your career path, do some research before applying to different companies, because there different companies focus on different things.

To me, there is no right or wrong answer to such a question. It all depends on your perception of things and the environment from which you come from. Personally, I work in a global firm committed to sharing knowledge and diversity. I knew that this company was open-minded by reading their value and their involvement in society. The important thing is to be proud to say that your work for this employer. Above all, tell yourself that you are the architect of this difference and values of diversity.
