Hello again, Daniel !

I answered your first question about this earlier today but want to repeat that there are no "sponsors". Again, you did not mention which college in Canada you intend to study at. Also, I was thinking that since you already do have a Bachelors Degree completed, I'm not sure who would grant money for a second Bachelors Degree, however, maybe a Masters Degree, I don't know. But already having a Bachelors Degree and wanting a grant or scholarship for a second Bachelors Degree may be difficult to obtain. Please excuse this, I thought you already had a Bachelors Degree because you said that you are a Certified Public Accountant in your previous inquiry, than I realized you're in secondary school. Sorry.

I can tell you that McGill University, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, in partnership with the MasterCard Foundation, offers full scholarships for African students. Since you want to go to University in Canada, you can explore McGill University. Also, the University of Toronto offers MasterCard Foundation Scholarships for African students for undergraduate study, so find out if you can already have a Bachelors Degree and if you'd be eligible to receive the scholarship for a second Bachelors Degree. Humber College and Algonquin College in Canada offer scholarships to international students, including those from Uganda and the rest of the scholarships offered by other universities are only for Masters and Doctorate Degrees.

You can also try World University Service of Canada Student Refugee Program (look online for more information about them). They are a private sponsorship effort where Canadian university, college, and CEGEP student groups sponsor refugee students from Uganda and other countries to come to Canada as permanent residents. So, you'd have to want to stay and live in Canada and be on refugee status. Other than that, consider getting a second Bachelors Degree that you're requesting in your country or consider getting a Masters Degree in Canada.

For what you're asking there is lots of information involved, too much to provide here. Its' something that you're going to have to explore first hand from friends, community organizations, social services and online like Advisor Marty Myer suggested in your other inquiry. You will need to know the exact University and province you will live in and be able to answer the Donor's questions if they are to provide a financial donation to you. You may also need a very strong reason why you have to study in Canada as well, a strong refugee reason if you utilize the World University Service of Canada Student Refugee Program which I mentioned above.

I hope this helps and I wish you all the best !
