When originating from underserved communities, in what ways can you actively be contributing to it while still building yourself/career. My entire purpose is to serve and contribute to the growth of our environment, however, funding and resources are essential to doing so effectively. You might want to explore non-profits active in your community. Even if funding seems challenging, there are many organizations offering grants for various projects.
