Hi Inai. My advice is: focus on communication and build strong relationships. As a leader, you'll need to work well with people. Leaders in healthcare talk to doctors, nurses, patients, and administrators every day. Being able to listen, explain ideas clearly, and resolve conflicts will help you build trust and guide your team toward shared goals.

It's also important to learn about both business and healthcare laws. Since you are interested in business, healthcare, and law, you have a chance to study how they all connect. Hospitals and clinics have to follow strict rules while managing budgets and providing quality care. Learning about finance, management, and legal rules will help you make smart decisions that keep your organization and patients safe.

Another key quality for healthcare leaders is adaptability. Healthcare is always changing with new technology, rules, and patient needs. Good leaders must be willing to learn from their experiences.

Getting real-world experience through internships, volunteering, or shadowing professionals can help you see how leadership works in practice. These experiences allow you to apply what you learn in class, understand the challenges of healthcare, and develop the skills needed to guide a team successfully. Wishing you all the best.
