Donna’s Answer
Hi Jason,
In my current role, a typical day is a mix of planning, solving problems, and communicating. I start by checking my calendar for meetings, then I go through emails and prioritize tasks.
My job involves meeting with team members, employees, and managers to share updates and make decisions. Collaboration and communication are essential parts of my day. I also work on projects, metrics and analyzing data, creating presentations, developing training materials, or updating policies. I often have to solve issues quickly, switch tasks, or make fast decisions.
I take my professional growth seriously by attending seminars, webinars, or reading industry news to stay updated and improve my skills. I usually end the day by reviewing and planning for the next day and following up on any pending tasks or emails.
Remember, each business or team may have different goals and values for their key objectives.
Bests, Donna
