How do you apply for college and get a scholarship?

What can I do to have a higher chance to get a scholarship and also to get into a college I really want to get in? How what are some of the biggest problem in applying for college?

The best thing you can do is apply early. Learn about the requirements for each college or university system. You should definitely schedule a meeting with your school's college advisor to make a plan for applying before your senior year.
