Hi Nicco! Consider becoming an undergraduate Learning Assistant or Teaching Assistant while in college. It's a flexible job where you can earn about $15/hour for 5-20 hours a week, depending on the class. Your tasks would include attending lectures, answering student questions, grading assignments with a provided rubric, and possibly holding a virtual office hour. The qualifications at my university were at least a B in the course and completion of a training program.

Here’s why being a TA is a great choice:

- You can earn money while managing your own schedule. Apart from attending lectures, you can handle tasks like grading and office hours whenever it suits you.
- It boosts your professional development by showing you can understand and explain material, demonstrating leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- It helps you build connections with professors, which is beneficial for getting recommendation letters for grad school or scholarships.

Other similar roles include being an English tutor or working at your university's career services or study abroad office, where you can assist with resumes, internships, and other resources.

For jobs with set hours that are less stressful, consider:

- Working in the dorm mailroom to help distribute mail and packages.
- Joining the dining hall staff to swipe student IDs or assist with meal preparation and cleaning.

I hope this helps!
